x-street Uganda
Welcome to x-street Uganda, the nonprofit organization dedicated to better quality of life of street Children in Uganda.
We us our basketball academy to help street children identify their hopes, ambitions and dreams through skills development focusing on basketball as a sport. Not only do we do sports, but carry on other projects that engage the vulnerable children/street children. We advocate against drug abuse, child abuse and help develop life skills for the vulnerable street children.
- Fighting child abuse and supporting child sports growth and developing.
- Identifying talent, mentoring and training basketball as a sport with the street children.
- Advocate against drug abuse.
- Teaching life skills and encouraging team work.
- Assisting in resettlement of the homeless children through partnership with children homes.
